Velocity Venture Partners is planning to launch a significant redevelopment of this historic Philadelphia industrial campus in 2024. Utilized for over five decades as an auto parts manufacturing facility, the site's mix of significant utility infrastructure and functionality (20+ dock doors and average clear height of 20') lend well to both manufacturing and warehouse/distribution users.
